Glenwood Springs and Pagosa Springs have been named among the 16 best places to live in America by Outside Magazine.
Outside picked 64 towns across the country based on places with access to trails and public lands, restaurants, neighborhoods and the beer scene.
Glenwood Springs came in at number five.
The city was put on the list because of scenic hiking and biking, the White River National Forest, the hot springs and other outdoor activities like rafting and local breweries.
Pagosa Springs came in at number nine because of its hot springs, backpacking, fishing in the Weminuche Wilderness and nearby skiing.
